The Mirror soul
Daniel Mourre was born in Avignon, France, March 6st, 1963 and achieved accounting studies in 1986.
In 1986 he’s hired into a mall to manage library then houseware dpt before resigning to definitely quit retail business.
In 1996 at the age of 33, he decides of a "break" by successfully resuming studying a cabinetmaker training. In the same time he realized he was much interested in "plastar" than wood and this led him to his vocation : a work of art : mirror’s creation.

Daniel Mourre is a kind of perfectionist and every piece of his several collections is unique and results of a real labour. Once the mirror has been thought, designed and made it has to be tuned thanks to its colours and shine, according to his client’s requests.
Daniel regards his mirrors as an extension of himself and cares about them like childs. He’s got a very personal touch that combines many different styles and make them universally match.
In 1987 Daniel opens his own gallery and has been used so far to show his collections to professional buyers twice a year (January and September) in international fair in Paris.

My mirrors are completely craft handmade in plaster and consolidated with fiber. Each piece is unique and handmade painted and waxed. Each piece is also patented and protected at the French administration (I.N.P.I.). Every piece is not only undersigned but also delivered with its underwritten and dates certificate on its back.
"Daniel Mourre" has become a registrated and protected brand leading his clients to purchase his mirrors like paintings.
